For applied research, the Centre of expertise for social innovation focuses on four broad themes: sustainable employment policy, local social policy, society and youth and society and safety.

In addition to practice-oriented research, the centre of expertise also offers customised services and training. Organisations can direct a question to the field of study for the development of customised training for their own employees or for process guidance within the organisation. We have years of experience in social work organizations for profit, social profit organizations and governments (PCSW, local government, province...).

You can contact the Centre of expertise for social innovation for advice:

  • consultancy, auditing, process guidance and research (e.g. research into the training needs of employees, measuring customer satisfaction, processing and interpreting surveys, environmental and problem analyses, etc.).
  • practical education, tailor-made training and education, study days and the moderation of debates on various themes that fit in with the expertise of the teachers.
  • guiding change processes, team formation and conflict management, supervision (individual or group) and peer review from a pragmatic approach and a problem-solving approach.
