The rooms on that site are guaranteed to be in accordance with the regulations. You will get a useful overview of what is on offer in your city, with all the relevant details (address, price, facilities, etc.) and the possibility of contacting the landlord. Note: when you rent a room from someone, it is very important that all the paperwork is in order! In this way, you can be sure that all the necessary agreements are correctly set out.

Information and mediation

In spite of all the precautions, you may still be faced with unpleasant surprises after you have settled into your room. A dispute with the landlord: it is certainly not inevitable, but it can happen.
